This has been played with and does have some flaws. The major flaws I noticed were bite through shoe (missing front), crushed lamp shade, hook on hat rack needs to be glued back on, window paper has some fraying and shade has some wear and desk wobbles some. If an item is not shown lit up, that means I did not test it as I sold the board before noticing to test them. Those are sold untested and may not work.There may be other small flaws. Although this includes some pieces from each of the blue room sets, there are many pieces missing. Please look closely and reach out with any questions.
